Leinster Members Excel

Leinster members have recorded some excellent results over the past two months. Tara Hayes and Roisin Winters were part of the successful Irish Team who were placed 2nd at the BYRDS Home International at the Richmond Equestrian Centre in North Yorkshire. Tara also went on to win the Individual Novice Pony Championship, and Roisin was also placed 4th in the Novice on a very credible 70%.

Simone Hession won the Advanced Medium Championship at the Two day Classic in Spruce Lodge and Marguerite Mc Sweeney won the Big tour Championship.

The Meadows Equestrian Centre also proved a successful venue for our members. Sandra Blake Farrell won The Big Tour Championship, Belinda Brereton won The Advanced Championship, Marguerite MC Sweeney won the Medium Championship and Linnea Larkin won the leading young rider prize.

This weekend will again see a lot of Leinster members competing at The National Championships, congratulations to you all for qualifying and I wish you all the very best of luck in your individual and team tests. Enjoy meeting up with friends, watching and competing in the dressage.
