Applications sought for Development Squad

Leinster Region is seeking applications from Leinster Region members for a Development Squad. This squad will be selected and ranked on rider experience to include past and current performances and likelihood of riders progressing to Prix St Georges.
The criteria for Squad members include riders who have achieved the following;
- Those training towards Prix St George
- Competing at Advanced Medium
- Category level 2 riders competing at Medium
Please send your applications into with the following information:
- Scores and results from this year including the previous Winters and Nationals results
- Details of any higher level competing you have done in the past
- Details of your future goals and what you are working towards (currently in training and aims for next year)
All applications will be reviewed by the Leinster Region Committee and a Development Squad formed
As per previous years the condition to any subsidised training is the provision of help. By signing up to the Development Squad, riders must help or provide a helper on your behalf at two half days to be signed off by the show secretary on the day. Failure to meet with this condition will require riders to pay Leinster Dressage for the training subsidy and will make them ineligible for future subsidised training.
Continuity training is available for all members of Leinster Dressage who do not fulfil the criteria for the High Performance or the Development Squad.
