Leinster Dressage Training - Rider Biomechanics Clinics

Book your sessions now for our world-class Rider Biomechanics clinics next Thursday 26th and Friday 27th July in Coilog Equestrian Centre.
Clinics will be run by the British Equestrian Federation’s Performance Analyst, Centaur Biomechanics Director, Russell Guire, who regularly works with the Olympic and elite riders in all disciplines of UK horsesport; and Leinster-based Chartered Human and Veterinary Physiotherapist and dressage rider, Karyn Jamieson.
These sessions, normally valued at €130, are available to Leinster Dressage Members for €85.
In the session, riders will receive a biomechanics lesson, analysis and video consultation with Russell to pin-point problems. Then they will have a physiotherapy consultation with Karyn, who will outline tailored exercises to work on your specific physique and your specific riding position weaknesses.
These sessions will maximise you and your horse’s riding potential. They will bring you closer to your personal and competitive riding goals.
